Gather & Grow Nature School is a gentle, nature-based homeschool enrichment program created for young children to learn through play, rhythm, art, and seasonal exploration.
Our days are intentionally slow and child-led, offering space for curiosity, creativity, and connection to unfold naturally. Instead of worksheets or rigid academics, children are invited to learn with their hands, their senses, and their whole bodies—through time outdoors, meaningful art experiences, songs, stories, and shared rituals.
Inspired by Waldorf and nature-school philosophies, Gather & Grow honors early childhood as a time for wonder, imagination, and relationship-building. Learning here is rooted in the natural world and guided by the belief that children thrive when they feel safe, seen, and supported .
Our Philosophy
At Gather & Grow, we believe:
- Children learn best through play and experience
- Nature is a powerful and grounding teacher
- Rhythm and routine create a sense of security
- Process matters more than product
- Every child develops at their own pace
Our program is intentionally small and nurturing, allowing for meaningful connections and individualized attention. We are proudly neurodivergent-affirming and welcome families seeking a gentle, inclusive learning environment.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Hope—the heart behind Gather & Grow.
I’m a mother to two beautiful children, a creative, and a lifelong lover of slow childhoods and meaningful learning. Gather & Grow grew out of my own desire to create the kind of space I was searching for: one where children could explore freely, learn naturally, and be met with patience and respect.
As both a parent and facilitator, I understand how important it is to trust the environment your child is in. I thoughtfully plan each session, prepare materials, and guide activities with care—so families can feel confident knowing their children are engaging in something intentional, enriching, and developmentally appropriate.
Gather & Grow is not about pushing children ahead—it’s about letting them root deeply, grow steadily, and discover the joy of learning.
